Group Coaching


Objectives:

By the end of the ActionCLUB, participants will:

     • Establish a Powerful Vision for themselves and their business
        and then really get connected to it;
     • Be able to market their businesses much more effectively;
     • Have begun to develop business systems to accommodate
        future growth;
     • Have a greater understanding of how to interact with people;
        and
     • Achieve greater success by putting their plan into Action.

Approach:

There are 8 sessions total, 1 session held every two weeks. (scroll down to view entire curriculum)  Each session advances the participants’ understanding of key business areas, empowering them to get the maximum results from their businesses. The sessions are highly interactive and activity based, with the emphasis on learning by doing. Approximately 3 hours of homework is assigned each session. Participants are required to put relevant learning into practice and provide feedback to the group on successes and challenges. Additionally, the 'group dynamic' provides spirited commentary and thoughtful solutions to the challenges raised by the participants.

SPECIAL OFFER - Session I Only

The 1st session is all about setting your ‘Vision’ and establishing clear goals for you and your business. Clarity is Power! Goal-Setting can be an arduous process. Too often, goals are set, but then not integrated into our daily lives…it’s a simple truth that those who do this, enjoy much less success than those who don’t. Session 1 provides you the tools to really get connected with your Vision, set the proper goals, and quickly get you on the path to greater success…You don’t want to miss this one!  

You may attend Session 1 and then decide on whether you want or need the other sessions.  If you choose to go forward with the other sessions by joining the current track or another track within 90 days, the Session 1 fee of $350 is simply applied to the total ActionCLUB fee.

TUITION: $2,500 or $1,000 deposit plus 3 equal
                payments of $500 paid during the course
                of the Academy.  Tuition includes 24 hours
                of classroom instruction, 3 books,
                Training Materials and access to your Coach.

Each participant receives three books: the Brad Sugars’ books Instant Cashflow, Instant Advertising, and The E-Myth-Revisited by Michael Gerber. Alone, these books are valued at more than $80. Participants will also be encouraged to read other recommended books during, and after, the course of the program.

ActionCLUB Curriculum

Session 1 - Re-Setting Your Future …
If you don’t know where you’re going, any path will get you there?
Start with a Powerful Vision. If you have one, Great! Find out how to really get connected with it.

   - Learn how to Create Your Perfect Calendar based on the 10 Categories of Importance in your life!
   - Set your goals (both personal and business)
   - Define or refine your company’s Vision, Mission statements and Culture 
   - Learn how to build a great business from the foundations up

Homework:  A review of your Business Questionnaire, Creating your Vision, Mission and Culture in writing based on the examples given, Start Testing and Measuring, and other 1-to-1 specific tasks you receive.

Session 2 - Financial Mastery ...
The Foundation of EVERY Successful Business ... This session will focus on:

   - The 4 hats each business owner wears relating to Money
   - The importance of understanding your financial statements/reporting 
   - Establishing budgets and controls 
   - How to perform a break-even analysis and track your margins

Session 3- Generating Cashflow …
Leverage, Marketing and Building A Marketing Campaign … This session focuses on:
 
   - The importance of consistent marketing
   - How you can best use your marketing investments to achieve your business goals. 
   - Employ strategies and tactics to increase how much your customer buys and spends. 
   - You will also learn about the power of Leverage.

Homework. You will critique or start 25 strategies from the 400+ marketing strategies you receive and test and measure the results you achieve.

Session 4 - Streetwise Marketing Unique Selling Proposition and Guarantees …

This shows you how to identify what is unique about your business and to turn it into an incredibly powerful sales tool. 

   - What is a USP and why every business needs one?
   - The elements of a successful USP and guarantee.
   - The 7 Steps to creating a powerful USP

Homework. Complete the USP and Guarantee questionnaire, define your ideal customer, create a Member’s Kit, and consider ways to create the WOW factors for your customers.


Session 5 - Sales made Simple …
Increasing Your Conversion Rate ... This session will teach you about:
 
   - The different types of salespeople
   - Old vs. new selling
   - The Question Funnel
   - Performance standards
   - Phone power
   - How to handle objections.

You’ll also learn about communication and buying styles so you can sell each customer in the way that’s right for them.

Homework. Develop your own Question Funnel. You will develop a purpose statement for your sales team and you will draw up telephone standards for them. You will also review DISC and VAK workbooks.


Session 6 - Team Building And Leadership …
A Business is run by Systems; Systems are run by People; You Manage the People... This session will teach you:
 
   - How to build the dream team you have always wanted.
   - How to become a great leader.
   - How to work ON your business rather than IN it, how to delegate and how to reward.

Homework. Schedule and run a team meeting with a WIFLE Complete your referrals list for your Graduation and Leverage Night.


Session 7 - Systems & the 6 Steps to Massive Results …
From Chaos to Control - Building a Commercial, Profitable Enterprise - That WORKS WITHOUT YOU! This session will teach you:

   - How to use systems in your business to produce massive results.
   - About how to create Leverage thru people, systems, marketing and finance.
   - How to define and employ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
   - The Importance of "How-To" Manuals.
   - Recruitment and the Creation of Positional Contracts.

Homework. Complete an organizational chart for your company and a model positional contract. List all routine tasks and keep a time log.


Bonus Session 8 - Leverage Night ...
Academy Graduation and a little FUN, after all, business is supposed to be FUN!
This final session will bring all of the strategies and tactics together in a fun-filled and useful way. 


   - Your introduction to Leverage. 
   - Discuss the results you want to achieve.
   - Provide your Feedback.
